HF Comp out of BB/EB

I know it varies drastically, but for those going the HF (l/s equity) route out of an analyst IB program, what does comp look like? I'm curious to know how much of a pay cut people can expect right out of a BB/EB. Is there some sort of standard like with MF/UMM/MM PE being around the ballpark of 300/250/200 all-in comp?

I would assume those that are coming from the IB -> PE -> HF path are paid more due to the extra years of experience.
