HF SA 2021 Game Plan

Hey Monkeys,

I am quite interested in the HF scene and am looking to potentially get a HF internship in summer of 2021. For background, I have worked at an extremely niche buy-side investment fund and go to an extreme non-target school that most people probably have never heard of (finance major). This summer I will be working at a BB in equities S&T.

I would like to target the more well-known funds, however looking at the alumni network my school has, not very strong unfortunately.

What should my plan be for 2021 recruit?
