Bad reputation in terms of culture - higher ups rub people the wrong way and they've been involved in a lot of litigation. Pretty decent brand name (or at least used to be), but I was told to be prepared to work hard and essentially be used. When I interviewed they tried to pitch a low-ball offer, but stated that my pay would exorbitantly increase in 3-4 years as I rose through the ranks. In my opinion, I thought that was a pretty ridiculous argument to make since there's no guarantee they will a) actually give you that and b) you will still be around in 3-4 years.

Bump - anyone have any additional information or opinions? Saw on linkedin they're looking for an investment analyst on the credit team and seems like it could be interesting opportunity from the description but have heard mixed things about working there
