Honeycomb Asset Management - Anyone familiar?
Anyone have any information on Honeycomb Asset Management (Culture, Investment Style, Etc.)? Only info online is a couple of Business Insider articles, no website or anything. Seems to have started ~3 years ago, founder is from P72.
Hi vs997, hope I can help. Do any of these links cover what you're looking for:
Hope that helps.
Just bumping this - would appreciate any input

Not very good
Can you elaborate?
Single manager shop run by David Fiszel who from what I understand is a good enough guy. Long hours, high turnover. No advancement opportunity. Know a couple people who went there then bounced because they were stuck in a "junior analyst" type role - no idea generation, just taking ideas from the PM and vetting them. Very much guy at the top runs everything and just needs junior guys to do the legwork.
Have not heard of them until seeing this, but looking at their most recent 13F it seems they have a heavy focus on tech and communication companies.
According to their latest ADV from April, they're working with about $986m AUM, 13 employees.

Run by ex P72 PM David Fiszel. Hires a bunch of PE guys to crush models, but seems to trade a lot P72 style as well. Didn't strike me as super deep dive type.
