How do subPMs proceed if they are correlated with the senior PM?
If a subPM learns the ropes from a senior PM, won't that subPM becomes correlated with the senior PM?
My worry is that the fund/senior PM won't allow the subPM to grow into a PM, thus forcing the subPM to look outside for opportunities.
