How many Pod PMs act like JK Simmons in Whiplash

Basically title. Generally speaking, what percentage of Pod PMs run their pod like how Terrence Fletcher runs his band in Whiplash. Which platforms tend to attract more personalities like this.

It’s less common than banking - it’s probably usually a bad indicator unless they’re an absolute ridiculous track record and history of developing stars. Otherwise it’s just obnoxious - the better PMs hire slowly and deliberately and understand there are enough external stressors that internal stressors are counterproductive - if a PM needs to act like that, stop hiring people for test drives who aren’t already beating themselves up to get better
