How old is too old?
Joined ER later in career rather than out of UG. Is there an age/range where funds would rather not hire a junior? Would they hire a 30-35 yr old junior?

As long as you know enough Gen Z slang you can get hired as a junior.

Not really if you’re good and hungry and do as well as someone else. But points against you if you gotta leave early to take care of your kids or whatever and are less “on” or available. Random example but I just mean in that case it’s impacting the job

what sector does he cover? consumer? genuinely curious, seems like an interesting story. i think jack woodruff (the legendary consumer pm) also had a big4 background
