I desperately want to do something crazy but also with high possibility to achieve. I am starting trading for a while, but found out not money coming not that efficient. How to earn 10k in one month?

Just going along with what Dick said, I think a $180k base salary (excluding bonus) should net you $10k a month after taxes.
