Have been in my current role as a ER analyst for 1.5 years, but looking to transition to L/S equity in the future. Current firm is channel-check focused, regional, and no banking services. Passed CFA Level I in August, taking Level II in May.
Hoping to get advice from others on how they made the transition and began to prep for interviews. Do I network with HF analysts, reach out to recruiters, etc...?
