I had one for summer recruiting for big 3 MM, they gave a thesis and asked me to find 2-3 winners and losers. mostly valued creative thinking and coherent logic. this is summer internship recruiting so obviously much lower bar. probably not helpful.
For an in person case?
nah mine was online. friend had a in person one with a pm, it was sort of "heres an imaginary company, work through it" and they jsut spent an hour looking at each factor and tb why each factor matters and how much it matters
