Looking at Kudla Fund and seems like all of its members have crazy jobs, KKR, Blackstone, Vista, Maverick, Matrix, Evercore, etc.. with all the prior CIO's having started directly out of Stanford at Tiger Global or MF PE. How good are they and what's the selection process like

When you’re a college kid, you think people at these firms are geniuses, but when you actually get into the industry, you realize they are normal people that just got lucky in the right place and at the right time. They eat the same foods and watch the same shows as the rest of us lol
