Insight on Systematic Trader position at Citadel Securities
I have an upcoming interview at Citadel Securities for a Systematic Trading position that leans more towards execution/operations:
- This is not a quant role or a risk taking role nor will it progress into one
- This is a job monitoring and managing pre existing risk as opposed to taking on risk yourself and will give you exposure to the wider CitSec business
I'm trying to have a better sense of what this role involves.. I would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or advice on how to prepare for this interview.
