Interning this summer at a mid-size fund that operates event driven, cap structure agnostic mandate under one PM. Although I love working here they do not give returns so I am going to have to recruit for investment banking full time.
Is the jump from buy to sell side doable (target school, economics/business, 3.8 GPA, student athlete? And if so what is my best approach?
