Investing In Special Situations

Anyone hold Any Recommendation For Books That “expand” On Joel Greenblatt’s “You Can Be A Stock Market Genius” For Special sit Investing? I Know That Moyer’s Is Excellent For Distressed But Was Wondering What Resources Out There Were Good For Having A Deep Understanding Of Spinoffs, Recaps, Etc

Find a tracker like this: https://www.stockspinoffs.com/upcoming-spinoffs/. And study the situations.

Greenblatt is great but he did his hard work on the situations. A book is after all just a book (though great book) - have to learn by studying cases / situations.

A great blog on compelling situation is Clark Street Value (http://clarkstreetvalue.blogspot.com/)

Gabelli has an actual book on the topic (Merger Masters: Tales of Arbitrage), but a poor man's version here: https://www.gabellisecurities.com/Gab_pdf/articles/FinanEng_Marangi2017…
