Investment banking vs Hedge fund entry career

I was recently very honored to recieve a SA offer from big hedge funds. Think P72, Millennium, PIMCO...

However, my initial goal throughout my journey was investment banking.

I have 2 goals in my career,

  1. Earn a lot of money
  2. Learn a lot of valuable skills in finance, think modeling, client facing meetings, etc.

My current position offers a lot more of 1 than an IB SA or IB full time would offer, but I would not be getting a lot of 2 in this position that I got an offer for.

Do NOT get me wrong, I am very grateful and thankful of my chance of this offer, and will certainly do my best to help out the team during my SA, but I was wondering, if you guys were in my shoes, what will you do?

Currently, I have no internships lined up for any major IB's, I am talking about after the SA is finished. Settle? or gamble it all again for IB?

If you like investing/reading the news/the color amber, then after you experience life with a bbg terminal, you won't want to go back.
