These roles seem to vary a ton in terms of responsibility and compensation. I’ve seen entry level 60-70k and then there are roles playing 150k for someone with banking experience. Anyone have any insight on what comp down the road looks like for these roles? And how it varies working at a large firm like Blackstone vs a smaller fund.
