Is a hedge fund based on Sports betting legal?
I just found an alternative fund that claims they invest in an alternative asset class which is immune to recessions & market crashes. They put money in sport bets in Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Football and Horse Racing.
Is this even legal? How their returns may compare to more typical funds?
