It is impressive.. but it's not an achievement because you haven't actually achieved anything.
In the same way that I'm impressed by a really good looking girl but they still haven't actually achieved anything until they've beat out the competition and become a VS model.
I'm assuming this is a troll post, but if not, the answer is no. Large shops will interview an incredible number of people; they're always on the look out for new analysts.
It's only impressive if you're not part of the old white boys club. They only deign to consider people outside the white-male-ivy-my-dad-went-to-the-same-prep-school mold if they absolutely have to. I know this because I referred good people upon request, but got scolded when they weren't ivy, or english wasn't their first language.
