Doing a risk management internship at a big 4 right now, and quite frankly, I don't quite like it. Its a freshman internship thats a month short. I've always been interested in getting into HF, but I don't quite see how this internship I'm going through with would be relevant as I'm mostly doing hedging and valuations on interests and commodity swaps. Will this look like a bad stint on my resume? Will I be okay?... Any advice on future internships to break through HF? (will have opportunities to pursue two more internships after my sophomore and junior year).
