What are the work hours like at Och-Ziff's NY office? Especially the support teams, such as accounting, operations, etc. Is there work/life balance?

Well it's a family fund.
Which means they can have a much longer time horizon.
Which means that volume will probably be lower.
Which means that there will probably be less securities / trades to process.
Which means that there will probably be less work.
Och Ziff is not a family fund; it is a large publicly traded hedge fund. Ziff Brothers Investments is a family firm.
This is a large ballpark and I'm not basing this on much but considering their strategies and size, I would guess 60-80 hours a week depending on time of year.
