Ziff Brothers Investments and Soros Private Equity Partners

Any information on these two firms?

Soros Private Equity (I don't read about them in the paper) Ziff Brothers Investments (seems private)

I am interested in their level of recruiting.

Ziff Brothers Investments is highly regarded and coveted. It's essentially a family wealth management (they have probaly around $40 bn?). The family likes to keep a low profile so you don't hear much about it. The company also has a close connection with Och-Ziff HF. I heard that the base salary is fairly high but no bonuses (from what I hear).
