Jobs at Big funds with bad press in the news: SAC, Harbinger, Diamondback etc.

Hi all,

I am a bb ibd analyst looking for junior hedge fund roles. Forgetting about strategy or what type of fund I am looking for, how do you think one should evaluate potential opportunities at big / brand name funds recently in the news with some negative press? The ones that come to mind are SAC, Harbinger and Diamondback. Any thoughts on these would be helpful.

Are these places you stay away from now at all costs or has the media overblown it?

I don't know man, for some reason I feel like somebody's going to go down at SAC.

Good luck walking away from an offer there though.

People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis, you can't trust people Jeremy
