Jump Trading's Interview Process

Anyone familiar with Jump's interview process? Am a quant researcher in a hedge fund. I applied for a QR/trader role and I have gone past the HR round. Was expecting to be interviewed by PMs and other QRs next, was instead arranged for a session with business development.

Is this normal or potentially a phishing session?

P.S I know Jump is not a hedge fund, just could not find an exactly appropriate forum for this question.
