Hi Monkeys
Does anyone have know about how easy is it to Lateral within Bridgewater Associates? i.e. Lateral from Finance Associate to Portfolio Associate or Technology Associate to Management Associate.
I have an offer from them but it's not my ideal role, I would like to take up the role if I could lateral into my ideal role (investment or portfolio associate). However I'm not sure how hard it is.
Could anyone shed some light on this?
