Learning about hedge funds and finance as a college student

Hi all, I'm a second year college student and want to learn more about hedge funds and finance (maybe ib, trading, pe). Are you aware of any places or resources where I can learn in detail from professionals who've had experiences at some of the top funds? Reaching out to alums hasn't be that helpful since it's always a 15-20 min general conversation. Not looking for coaches or interview prep, want to get a sense of how they operate (single vs multimanager, pods, PMs, analysts, strategies, etc) and ideally from someone who's had exposure to the top firms. Thank you!
