Long/Short Credit Fund Comp Help

Hi all, looking for some help anchoring my comp expectations for my new role. Recently started as an analyst at a Long/Short Performing HY Credit Fund. The fund is still considered an emerging manager as its 2-3 years old and has AUM in the 200-300mm range. Came over after 2 years as an analyst at a well known LO AM. I’m one of 4 members on the investment team (PM, Trader, Senior Analyst, and myself). Assuming a decent year of performance (8%ish), what should I expect in terms of TC?
