Have an interview with these guys for a credit role, I know the firm has a solid rep on the street but am curious if anyone has any info on firm culture etc.... have heard its actually pretty decent.... I am in AM but LO FI not HF.... I actually do genuinely like where I work; great firm culture, good pay etc. so if I was to move it would be for culture and the ability to implement more elaborate trade ideas outside of just LO HY bonds/LL.... appreciate any info anyone may have!
