The title essentially says it all, but a multi-manager shop with a team/pod where the AUM/head is >$250m (supposedly with more capital likely coming their way) with a pretty attractive coverage universe - what's a reasonable comp range for a pseudo Jr. Analyst just joining? then +1, +2 years out?
