Marshall Wace - Application Process, Preparing for Interviews, What to Expect, Vibe, And QUESTIONS being asked ?

Please has anybody made it all the way to the end of the recruiting process of Marshall Wace for the Investment Analyst Summer Internship? I heard there is first a phone interview, but then what?, etc.. And what type of questions are you asked at the first, second..etc. up to the final interview - and if there are any tests as well what should be expected on the "programming" assessment in person, at their office in New York after the Phone Interview?
Would appreciate as much as detail as possible, thanks (even if you did not accept the offer, I would still like to know)
