I have worked in fund accounting space for over 10 year. Recently, I got a call from a small hedge fund company to interview for their operation associate position. The company has under $250 aum. The company offers a base of 85k, which is comparable to what i make. The work is entirely different from what I am used to doing.i am excited about the work and small team but I am hesitant since there is inherent risk. Need some advise if it would be a good career move.
