Millburn Ridgefield culture

Anyone here know someone who works for Millburn? I know they’re a long running CTA but not much more info online.

Hoping to learn about culture (hours, pay progression), and also general sentiment (“prestige”.. smh) in the buy side space. Obviously they’re not a Tier 1 shop, but curious if people are generally familiar with them. Thanks!

I know a senior person who works there who really likes it. Smart people, good culture, interesting work. They've evolved meaningfully from being a traditional CTA (which CTA hasn't). Also, their CIO spoke on a panel last week I attended - seemed like a good guy. Not a Type A culture, to my understanding (pedigree, comp, etc.), but seemingly a good fit for someone looking for less risk/reward than a typical MMHF.
