I got an offer from Millennium Management for FP&A, I find corporate finance so boring but was wondering if it would be worth it to stick it out for a couple of years being it's a top hedge fund and could possibly network my way to front office. I'm interested in a career within PE/Hedge Fund long term.

I mean it's possible. Do your CFA, post good trade ideas on Sum-Zero, meet people and read a bunch. Depends on alternatives though, honestly from a fundamental perspective doing FPG&A at an actual company (especially an interesting trading one like Tesla/Amazon/Google/GE) would prep you more for a career in investing.
