MM HF Associate Comp
Currently recruiting with MM HFs, but I haven't been able to find much detail on comp at the Associate level. Understand that the PM and Analysts take most of the bonus pool, but what should an associate expect in terms of base / bonus (average or good year, assuming none for a bad year)

Thought I saw somewhere that Citadel Associate starting base is $100k and Analyst is $150k, could be wrong though
Would guess $150-300k total comp is where it pans out for Associate equivalent, but kind of just guessing
Citadel base for associate is $150k. I believe $175k for Sr associate and $200-225k for Analyst.
150-300k sounds sad for a Citadel associate given market for banking and PE comp.
I hear that. I have heard of at least one person fairly recently who went from one of the mm hfs back to banking because of comp packages…
Generally 130-150K base (lower end being BAM, higher end Citadel) with ~100% target bonus
Happen to know if this is the same for UK on a GBP basis or is there a significant FX discount similar to in IB?
