MMHF Tier 1 Training Program vs Tier 2/3+ Analyst Seat

Hypothetically, if someone were to get offers from a training program from a tier one MMHF where an analyst seat may not be guaranteed (P72 Academy/Citadel CAP) vs analyst seat at lower tier shop (think Verition, Walleye, Bremen, SquarePoint, etc), what would you recommend?

Pretty flawed question without knowing the PM at the lower tier firm. But rule of thumb would be to take the Academy, the seat is yours to lose and training is top notch.

MLP is a tier 1 MMHF. Generally its M/C > etc
