Most important skills to succeed in market neutral L/S Equity
What are the most important skills/characteristics to succeed in L/S equity under a market neutral model? Is there an identifiable edge top performers have? And conversely, what are some of the more common mistakes people make?
Are there any particularly useful books/resources for this space? Any insights would be much appreciated as I am considering making the move soon - thanks.
