Most optimal route to Hedge Fund?
Anyone know the best way to break into the buy side? Also, any internship advice would be great. Should I start with IB before exiting to HF?

if you are prepared, then you can just go directly into a hf. one thing this industry doesn't have a problem with is hiring smart people at any age.
