I’m a QR who wants to move from the AM side to Citsec. Has anyone ever approached this before? Any tips would be really appreciated!

Out of curiosity, why do you want to make the switch? I’ve seen people move from CitSec - > Citadel so I’m sure the other direction is also possible.
