Moving from PE to Hedge Funds

Know that this move has been done quite a bit especially from PE analysts but I’m wondering if any analysts here could speak to the recruiting process.

(1) Which headhunters were most helpful in your process?
(2) Where do you feel like you lacked experience (e.g. trade execution, strategy, public market competency)
(3) What experiences from PE did you highlight as strengths?

Any and all help is much appreciated!
