it doesn't really, maybe get another 20-50k after a few years...
I would expect 200k if you're working on investments
think capped at around 200k for bam, mlp, and p72. not sure about citadel but assume similar. usually 200k for senior analysts and don't get that out of the gate. 150-200 more likely and get a little bump year after year.
This is correct, there’s a 4-5 year linear progression from 150k to 200k. These caps will probably continue moving up every few years with more pods competing for (relatively) finite people
