these diversity days are so random, this is the first one i’ve gotten into and i have a really strong app. surprised when i saw it

it’s so frustrating haha, the ones i don’t network i will sometimes get a pull and the ones i do the people their have no idea about them and can’t really refer. always worth the try i guess, also maybe email the recruiter a couple of weeks before and say if there are any spots that got opened up you’d love to attend
