Coming 2H26, whoever came up with this idea needs to take a frying pan to the face. I get the argument for more international participation but this is literally the worst. Now there’s going to be instant machine reactions to earnings releases so we get to sift through the pr and panic when the stock is down 5% off a few misses but solid guidance and panic when some guy in Japan moves the market at 3am when there’s no liquidity. Yay.

seems like a skill issue. more alpha for those who are willing to work hard into the night to take advanage of low-liquidity opportunities. excited about this. also creates more liquidity post-eps to trade reactions right
if you have over 3x the hours the market is open, that is 3x the opp to make money. if you are not excited by this you are in the worng carier
