Need help / Insight on Hedge Fund

A headhunter from a $13B Mult-Strat platform reached out to me for a senior analytical / reporting role. A portion (unknown %) of their assets are in "large portfolios" of MM / Small Biz Loans, which I currently cover. Other strats include Equity/ Cross asset vol, Factoring, and Reinsur. I have some exposure to everything but reinsurance. Don't know if they play in pools of distressed debt or what. Clearly they're looking for someone with credit experience or they wouldn't have found me.

Can anyone guess which firm?

What kind of questions would you need answered in my shoes?
I'm a credit risk VP at a commercial bank (2nd line). Pay is below street (obviously). Hours are great. However, bank will likely be put on the auction block next year (just the assets are going). Plus I hate it here and am looking to move. Got laid off from GE in early January and took the role (better banks didn't even start calling back for interviews until late March and I didn't want to gamble)

How should I frame my reasons for wanting to exit? How can I best convey my interest? I love risk analytics, am good at analyzing credits, and trade equity options every quarter.

TIA
