Online Brokerage That Lets You Invest in Hong Kong Stock Exchange

I've recently come across a very interesting public company. However, the issue I have is the company is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, does not have an ADR and isn't in any mutual fund or ETF. The only way I can get to invest is to directly buy shares on the Hong Kong exchange.

Does anyone know of any brokerages (ETrade, Fidelity, etc.) that let you invest in companies on that exchange?
