Lots of small hedge funds hire undergrads as interns, fewer for full-time. From what I can see quantitative positions are more common for undergrad hiring. Alternatively, you could look at the large asset managers with structured analyst programs but I get the feeling that you just want to be able to say you work at a "hedge fund".

i just don't get it. do people think its smart to post their real names with matching pictures on a random forum?

Keeping in mind that I have a low rez (clothed and neck up only) picture as a reference, I have to give props where props are due, the OP seems to have a smoking hot girlfriend or sister.
