I heard that Philippe Jabre (ex GLG and founder of Jabre Capital) reopened some hedge funds last year after he returned money to investors in 2018. It seems he is gonna be focused on both convertibles (his specialty) and equity.
Do you have any more info? What was his fame on the markets before he closed down his funds?
