Hey all,
I have an interview with P72 for an analyst role (2 years of IB experience in the same sector). Curious as to what I should expect? Not through an external recruiter, had one of their BD people reach out to schedule a call with a PM. Any advice / guidance would be much appreciated. For reference, I've interviewed with BAM and Millennium, so generally familiar with processes at other platforms, but not sure if P72 differs materially.

Good luck - their process runs 3+ months before even the offer stage (you do multiple case studies and modeling exams)
Hey - how did the process go? Similar situation. In 2018 P72 BD Associate reached out and I completed the IQ test, 2 hour modeling test, and the Hirevue test. Never heard back after submitting all these tests. Fast forward two years, a different BD Associate reaches out to catch-up. Have an call with them (30 minutes) and submit my resume. A PM picks up my resume and we schedule a call (1 hour). Fast forward two weeks, I am informed that they want to move me forward in the process and that the next step is to complete a 7 day case study. Would be curious to learn what this case study looks like and what the process looks like from this point forward. Many thanks in advance.
