Point72 launch point - best approach to launching within MMs
WSO community, does anyone have a view on how good Point72 launchpoint program is for senior analysts looking to launch their own book within the MM universe? (https://www.point72.com/point72-launchpoint/)
Does anyone have a strong view on which of the MMs best for new PMs i.e. Citadel vs P72 vs Millennium vs BAM?
Any views on who has the most supportive culture (lets face it, new launches often face starting trouble), best risk limits, least drawdown pressure, and least time pressure (not asking for years but at least a few Qs)?
Finally, how good are these MMs in identifying real PM talent vs hiring and letting them blow up to know if they were right/wrong?

Can you provide more color? Why do you believe so? Any hard facts? Thanks
Bump. Interested as well.
MLP is the toughest
I think rest are roughly similar with puts and takes. Citadel does not have a launchpoint equivalent so careies the most clout for new PMs.

Also curious
BAM best training from what I have seen/heard.
Launch point probably second best from what I have seen/heard.
Millennium decent but once live probably greatest blow-up risk.
Citadel takes the PM out of the equation for the most part.
Schonfeld unknown to me.
