Have not done the Hirevue yet, I have a couple of ideas for the essay question, it's actually pretty intriguing.
I really like the essay question, it's a very interesting and unique. I'm tired of all those boring generic questions asked in other application processes. I've been thinking of a few ideas over the past few days to answer the essay question and I think I found a winner.

Just curious, for those of you that applied what´s your GPA?
I have about a 3.7/4. Not sure how much GPA matters though after you make the cutoff. I think its just one component of your application.

I got rejected too. Pretty tough competition as they are taking only 25 from canada/us/europe. If anyone got it in it would be great if you could post or pm about your background. Curious to know what kind of calibre candidates got accepted. Best of luck!
