Point72 Wonderlic Test
I recently submitted my Wonderlic online assessment for Point72. It has been about a week and I have not heard anything. I assume they have cut me at this point, but does anyone have experience and knows how long this usually takes?
I took it last thursday. Would assume we hear back sometime this week?
How many people do you think got this test? Also did they already go through a resume screen or most who apply get it?
I assume a lot of people get the test and then this cuts it down significantly. Pretty sure you have to have done very well.

Ok, yeah would think so too. Wondering what the cutoff is. Percentiles on this test are ridiculous haha. That being said I assume those who got it are pretty smart in the first place.

Took it Aug 24, just heard back today (Aug 29) for a HireVue, so it took them a little while. I wouldn't assume you got cut quite yet.

Took about a week for me to hear back. Just follow up with BD
I haven’t heard back from the BD team in a week but it’s been two weeks since I took it. I don’t want to pester them too much since I already asked for feedback on the test

My last company (not Point72) required the wonderlic test for all applicants. As a hiring manager, I did not care about the test in the slightest and it wouldn't have changed my mind about hiring someone or not. But interestingly, I never even saw the scores of the people I hired. HR never bothered forwarding the scores to me and I still hired people anyway. Apparently taking the wonderlic test was just some policy someone once believed in, but that person moved on and no one ever updated the policy.
I don't actually know what Point72 is doing with the test, but it would not surprise me if it's the exact same thing where somebody in HR requires it but no one actually looks at it.
