Point72/Citadel COO/Business manager role

Hi All,

I’m currently and engagement manager at McKinsey and in the final interview process for a COO role supporting systematic trading at a large fund like P72/Citadel. The role sounds interesting but wha I’m most curious about is how comp scales over the long term. Does anyone have insight into how this role grows yoy and if there’s a point in the career span where you would effectively make McKinsey partner level comp (1-2M)?

I’m interested in moving to financial services and getting off the road of the consulting lifestyle
